Hannah is a mum of two and a Holistic Infant Sleep Coach, with experience working alongside more than 1,000 parents to understand the unique challenges of infant sleep. Trained by Lyndsey Hookway and with a background in Psychology, Behavioural Change, Coaching, and Psychometrics, she is on a mission to make infant sleep support accessible and realistic for parents everywhere.
Having personally experienced the overwhelming impact of sleep deprivation, including 14 wake-ups per night, Hannah knows the struggle firsthand.
